The rapper’s Donda’s House non-profit organization, in partnership with St. Sabina community center, will soon put into effect the “Got Bars” program meant to teach youth how to write and record music. “My mom spent her life as an educator and I am happy that Donda’s House can pick up her torch and honor her life’s mission,” states West. The second face of “Got Bars” will focus on health and fitness, and will reportedly be led by a former football player. With the rise of young musicians coming out of Chicago, the program sounds like a great outlet for creative and physical progress!
